The individual Organisations responsible for authorship of each piece of guidance own the copyright to the content within the CKP. Organisations’ copyrighted material can be downloaded for private research and study, and may be reproduced for educational and not-for-profit purposes. No reproduction by or for commercial organisations, or for commercial purposes, is allowed without the written permission of the NHS Boards concerned.
NHS Education for Scotland operates the Clinical Knowledge Publisher to enable creation and publication of clinical guidance and pathways by health and care organisations in Scotland. Each Organisation uses its best efforts to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of information presented, based on the best evidence available within a local context.
